Banner Brain Health Program

Winner of the 2015 American Society on Aging Mind Alert Award

This prestigious award is presented annually to a non-profit organization that has developed an exceptional mental fitness program for older adults.

Description:

Learn how lifestyle choices can minimize the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and then “flex” your cognitive muscles as you determine how to exercise your brain!
