Speakers Bureau Guidelines
We’ve created the following guidelines to help as you plan a presentation from one of our Banner Research Speakers Bureau experts:
Please allow a minimum of 30 days advance notice and a maximum of 90 days before your planned meeting.
Allow up to 14 business days for the Banner Research team to schedule a requested speaker/topic.
We ask your group to guarantee a minimum attendance of 25 people for your event.
The host organization may collaborate with Banner Research to generate program publicity.
Banner Research should be mentioned in all promotional and printed materials.
Once an available speaker is identified and approved, a confirmation email is sent to the requestor.
Presentations are typically 60 minutes total, including the question/answer portion of the program.
Topics may include dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, movement disorders/Parkinson’s disease or Tourette syndrome.
Plan your Presentation
Ready to plan a presentation? The first step is to complete and submit the Banner Research Speakers Bureau Request Form. Our team will review your request and identify a speaker. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
It is rare, but occasionally, we are unable to identify a speaker that meets your parameters. If that happens, you have the option of selecting a different topic and/or date and re-starting the process.
