FCS Concierge

Family & Community Services (FCS) Concierge program offers unique support for caregivers and newly diagnosed patients of the Stead Family Memory Center in Phoenix or the Cleo Roberts Center in Sun City.

An FCS Concierge contacts the patient’s caregiver within two weeks after the patient and family receive a clear diagnosis from their medical provider. The purpose of the phone call is to:

  • Familiarize families with our comprehensive Alzheimer’s disease/dementia educational opportunities 

  • Register caregivers for classes as well as our informative newsletter, The BAI Beacon

  • Discuss specific support programs that can help address the caregiver’s situation

  • Review online resources available at Banner Alzheimer’s Institute and Banner Sun Health Research Institute 

  • Minimize caregiver stress

If requested, the FCS Concierge will send a follow-up email outlining the information discussed during the caregiver call.
